Mission Statement:
Our first concern is always temperament. For it doesn't matter how great the dog is, if the temperament doesn't support it, you have nothing.
Health follows ~ no dog at Wyndcrest will ever be considered for breeding that does not meet or pass the health clearances outlined by the fancy.
Structure & Type (i.e. Breed Standard cohesiveness) is what brings it all together. All dogs considered for breeding demand structure and type that supports functionality. As a herding breed, they must possess correct skeletal structure, coupled with type, to be able to go all day at a free-flowing, ground covering gait.
The cumulative total is what we call BALANCE.
